Social Dancing is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and get a little exercise.  At the Sonata Room, our students are open and friendly. Each weekend we throw a Dance Party. This gives you an opportunity to take to the floor with new partners, as well as class mates who you have already stepped on (only kidding) in class. It eases the transition from the class floor to the club or party floor. You can also enjoy our homemade gourmet appetizers,  snacks and deserts.

Shall we dance?

GROUP CLASSES

We suggest that everyone start with a group class. This is the most cost-effective way to see if you would like to learn to Social Dance. It's the best way to learn different leads and follows so you are more proficient on the dance floor.

Each class is 45 minutes.

SINGLE RATE    $17 for 1 class or $75 for 5 classes

PRIVATE LESSONS

There is no substitute for working one-on-one with an instructor to learn the finer points of dancing. In a private lesson you receive personalized feedback, work at your own pace, and finesse elements of your technique, balance, grace and musicality. If your goal is to learn more quickly or consider competing with another partner or Laura or Brandon, Private Lessons are highly recommended.

Private lessons must be scheduled directly with the studio and we request a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Each lesson is 55 minutes.

SINGLE OR COUPLE     $120

WEDDING CHOREOGRAPHY

On the most important day of your life, we can make your first dance a special event.  It can be perfect for memorializing with photography and/or video. We can also help you select music and cut/mix a personalized song that is uniquely for you.

Each lesson is 55 minutes.
